SIMPLE MOBILE REUP REVIEWS FROM THE WEB Well, if you need just good unlimited talk, text(Local & international) & web, then simple mobile reup is it at a great price no big telecom companies can come close. Do not expect to be pampered by the customer service, websites, account info, on line payments, alerts etc etc like the big companies versus at simple mobile reup. You can buy the sim card online, activate online(call customer service if you are porting) and sign up for auto payment. Inevitably, you will get the annoying messages(your account will be terminated if you dont recharge) every month before the recharge time, just ignore it. Simple Mobile service is the same service as T-mobile and works with all GSM phones, however you will get 3G only with T-mobile phones(HSDPA 1700), with AT & T phones you will get 2G. have used Simple Mobile on three lines for about a year. It is cheap for unlimited service, but it is not a bargain. The data is slow just about everywhere, though the text and voice service is ok. The customer service is . . . well, WHAT customer service? It is a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Nothing about Simple is simple and few things ever work. Moreover, Simple pulled the plug on us on two lines leaving us hanging because they updated their system and fouled up the recurring credit card billing. NIGHTMARE to fix . . . like most everything with this crappy company. Bottom line: use this provider only if you want the most bare-bones plan, and pray that you never have any problems and need customer service. My wife has Simple Mobile and likes the quality of the calls. I am trying to get my T Mobile phone number transferred to Simple Mobile. It has been the absolute worst experience! The call center - in some foreign country - is the most incompetent I have ever encountered. Other overseas call centers I've dealt with do a fine job. But NOT SIMPLE MOBILE'S. First, the reps either don't listen to you, or they don't comprehend English well, because they do NOT seem to understand what you say. When they repeat it back it is just the opposite of what you told them. Then, depending who you talk to, their accents are so heavy that you can't understand them. I am currently without cell phone service for 4 days, because after buying a Simple Mobile Sim card, and starting the transfer process 5 DAYS AGO, they are unable to get my service set up due to their mistakes and incompetence. Simple Mobile is based in the U.S. so I finally gave up trying to deal with their overseas call center, and have called the corporate office in Florida. Let's hope there is more competence and professionalism there. I'll report back on that. I am a former t-mobile customer and there is 3G/4G services wherever I go in my area. hoping to run away from contract and change my phone whenever I want, I switched to simple mobile and that was a real big mistake. it's only EDGE/2G all around the place and only by the airport I was able to get 3G in my glaxy S phone or 4G in an international galaxy note. everywhere else including home and work is very slow radical Edge or 2G. called them many times and I told them your website and 4G map says that I should have 3G/4G and I paid the highest plan to get that and above of all of that, I was a t mobile customer so I know what should I get. the answer is "none". they don't have technical customer services because it's simply t mobile's network. Also and clearly t mobile customers have a priority in accessing the 3G/4G network. so unless you move around within an area where t mobile has only 3G/4G equipment, you would never get it. one more thing is simple mobile's customer services. clearly, they don't have any level of service or maybe such managment. you could be lucky if someone who knows how to deal with people takes your call or it could be a simple mobile rep who doesn't have any idea how to run a conversation with another human being. so sorry to use simple mobile and to loss $50, to loss a month without internet service and above all of that, losing my time.
