SIMPLE MOBIL REVIEWS FROM THE WEB Simple Mobile is unlimited however you cannot use certain features on your phone. One day my Internet was cut at less than 1GB. I called Simple Mobile customer service and they said "Simple Mobile is unlimited...but you just can't use Internet Tethering (Personal Hotspot), Any Video Streaming (YouTube...etc.) and Video Chat (FaceTime, Skype)" I suspect other streaming like Pandora and other INTERNET radio apps is prohibited as well. They say "you are creating a burden for the network and are slowing down service for other customers" If you do any of these things your Internet will be cut off until the next billing cycle. Your Internet will re-appear AUTOMATICALLY 1-2 days after your new billing cycle is active (even if they tell you some story that you have to call from a Land Line). You can still enjoy Youtube and FaceTime but just over WiFi. I've also noticed that in some areas I am able to pickup 3G speeds instead of Edge (2.75G) don't know why exactly but it does bother me that 5-6 blocks away I get 3G and at home I get Edge.
