SIMPLE MOBILE TOPUP REVIEWS FROM THE WEB
I still have a Blackberry. I also have an iPhone 4s and an Android, but I love the BlackBerry for my business. I can "get stuff done" on the Berry without all the clutter of icons, apps, and other distractions.
They , however, refuse to talk about what data limits they have. Its so frustrating because they kind of admit they dont have unlimited data , but wont give you any specifics. They just say they can throttle you or cancel you if you 'degrade their network" but what does t hat mean. Im pretty sure it means you cant stream Pandora or Netflix...but you can watch a YOutube video now and then or stream Google Music on your commute. Who knows? Is there a 2gb or 3gb or 5gb limit? No one will say anything...So Simple Mobile's definition of Simple Mobile is not the dictionary's but the most frustrating is that t heir customer service won't answer the question except to say that they can cancel your account at any time for any reason and they wont refund your money. Is it really worth saving $10-20 over the Tmobile Prepaid that at least will give you 2GB of 4G for $60 contract free and throttle the rest without having to worry. Im very suspicous of all these MVNOs- Same with Straight Talk, which not so coincidentally has been bought by the same company that bought Simple Mobile and Straight Talk is know to throttle at 2gb or 100mb a day
I was on T-Mobile for my Blackberry and paying upwards of 140 dollars a month with all the bells and whistles. I switched to Simple Mobile and it's the same service, only 1/3 the price! It was simple to switch, only took about 10 minutes of time on the phone. Make sure you have your current bill handy if you are porting over a number as they will need much of the information on there regarding your current account, but other than that, I had BlackBerry BIS the minute I hung up the phone with them, and within 2 hours of hanging up the phone I was fully operational on Simple Mobile with making and receiving calls. And I must admit, it has been fantastic since then.

"Dear Valued Customer: xxxxx xxxxxxxxx
Thank you for your interest in Simple Mobile. We are responding to your recent inquiry.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with this issue.
Although we value you as a customer and we do not want to lose your business with us.
Unfortunately we do not offer that particular service since we are a prepaid company and most of that kind of messages incur in additional charges. And since we do not issue monthly bills we cannot charge the extra fees that otherwise would apply in this circumstance.

What's great about it: Price very competitive compared to authorized simple mobile dealers.
What's not so great: Not assisting with simple mobile service activation had to have it activated myself.
Best buy cut SIM card for me
Only drawback is that they don't assist with service activation
This product is...
Good video quality great pricing
I've read some bad reviews, but for me, the price VS the service is incredible. Where else can you find unlimited BlackBerry for $50 a month with a "Bring your own phone" offer?
I also popped the SIM card in my Android and it is no problem there either. I'll keep the Android on H20 since that's an ATT MVNO and I want the different carrier for roaming. But otherwise, I find that Simple Mobile is Simply wonderful.

I got tired of paying T-Mobile $81 a month for 3G service when I only get Edge service where I live in central Washington. Six blocks away there is 3G, but not at home. Since I'm perfectly happy with the MyTouch 3G Slide, I wasn't enthused about going on a contract with another carrier for a new phone. The best solution for me was Simple Mobile topup. Yeah, I'm still on the T-Mobile network with no 3G at home, but for only $40 a month I can keep my current phone and live with Edge for awhile. The switch was easy. Simple Mobile topup ported my number and canceled my T-Mobile account within 2 hours. The excellent voice quality on the T-Mobile network is still there, but with a lower price. I did get an unlock code from T-mobile, but since it's still the same network, the phone didn't need the unlock code. One of the biggest complaints against Simple Mobile topup was cutting people off after using just 1 GB of data in a month. That's obviously not an issue with me since I'm on Edge most of the time, but Ive seen several recent reports that say they're using a 2GB cap now instead of 1GB which is pretty much standard with most of the carriers now. If AT&T does take over T-Mobile, then Simple Mobile's topup future could be in doubt, but you have the same issues with T-Mobile and in the meantime I'll save $480 in a year which should buy me just about any phone I want. Be aware that if you go on the $40 a month plan Simple Mobile topup at least in some areas throttles 3G speed to 170 mbs. On the $60 a month plan, full HSPA+ speeds are available.
