SIMPLE MOBILE means no more compromising with support in Spanish (Espanol) and English you can shop, pay for your bill payment (top up / refill) your account from online without going to the store. Why SIMPLE Mobile? It has taken me 3 days and my phone still isn't working, my phone was stolen and all I wanted to do was cancel one sim card and have my mumber switched to another sim card. How hard could this be when other carriers do this allday everyday. I can have a AT&T phone with TMobile service inorder to keep my number and it's no problem. So Simplemobile, I see that the cellar business is not so simple after all. Please leave that to TMobile, they solved this problem while I was on the phone with them, not24 to 48 hours later. Find your local retailer Support SIMPLE MOBILE REUP online allows you to login to your account, find a dealer or add services to the shopping cart for easy online uses. I was T-Mobile prepaid user and i just switched to SimpleMobile. The internet speed is exactly the same. If you have 42Mbps supported phone and you live in 42Mbps coverage area, you are gonna get that speed. I got 21 Mbps down at my home with T-Mobile prepaid and exactly same with SimpleMobile. All T-Mobile phones are natively compatible with SimpleMobile because it's the same network.You don't have to worry about unlocking. Just put the sim & add Apn setting. You can also easily delete T-Mobile Apn setting. It will be restored when you do factory reset. For brianbennettCNET, HTC one x is not T-mobile phone. You will only get 2g(Edge) speed on t-mobile network because it doesn't have 1700MHz band. Just sharing my 2cent. I don't where to begin but this is my 2nd month with simple and i didnt even continues i opted to pay another carrier and loose 10 days of service then continue, they have the worth custmer service , i will write a review in every site and tell eveyone that they SUCK hopefully other people read it and stay away first when i switched from t-mobil prepaid , they too 10 dayssssssssssssss to transger my line in ,,, 10 dayyssss ,,, do u realize how long that is ?? every time i called they told me the porting is in process ,,, SURE IT IS ... after the long wait my line was onn ,,, i had no issues for the rest of the cycle , comes my next cycle i upgraded for $10 extra to unlimed at 4g ,,, ha ha ha ha , they cut off my internet service after 5 days , they said i used it too much , i am like wait a min how did that happen if i used it the same way i used it last month, no one cared and they didnt restore my service , i filled a complain with the communication comissioner , the better busines burreau and they called me every time i filled a complain to tell me in a nice way (screw u if u dont like go somewhere else ) my service cycle ends on the 14th , i went to T-mobile , i switched to prepaid $60 a month ,, so $10 extra then simple but i know for sure that after your 2.5G at 4G , they slow down your internet , they dont cut it offff, oh ya and when i was switching, and i called to get my account # , they told me sorry we cant give that information to you,,, sooo who can ?? big time screw up , i went to a T-mobil store in the mall , and the lady said my service will be ported within 24 hours , guess what ?? before i left the mall , maybe an hour after i was rocking and rolling on t-mobil I love Simple Mobile, I'm on the unlimited 4G plan ($50) and so far so good. Fast speeds and coverage everywhere, it's a plus that they use Tmobile network. People complain too much, take your phone to a store for them to check what's wrong (tmobiles phones should work perfectly on simple). I love it. Boost mobile sucks, Metro pcs suckc. Simple rocks! Simple mobile is great, i have reception where in place i would not even think of. Only 1 problem you can not send picture messages! However iphone to iphone via wifi pic sending is no problem. Who cares there are apps for that! Great low monthly price ranges for you to choose, NO drop calls, international calls and tex are included in the price! I travel ofter and I have no problems.
